Martha Stewart Circle Edge Punch Review and Exclusive Coupon Code!

With Christmas less than 7 weeks away, are you starting to feel the crunch of holiday crafting and decorating yet?  I'll admit that they have been on the forefront of my mind since November came upon us, how did that happen so quickly?  I have been absolutely loving looking at all the pretty gift wrapping ideas on Pinterest (follow me here if you want!) and have been wanting to incorporate some fun holiday banners on our mantle before the stockings go up.

Well, enter in Martha Stewart's new Circle Edge Punch.  This is an amazingly innovative tool that will be right up your alley if you love paper crafts.  The punch allows you to make a continuous, die-cut border in 7 different sizes for paper up to 12 inches.  You don't even have to pre-cut the paper as it trims it while you punch!

You can make lots of pretty paper crafts such as doilies, cards, and party decorations.  And the circle edge punch cartridges are available in a wide range of punch designs.  Currently the Circle Edge Punch  will be available exclusively on HSN at HSN.com for $35.99 while supplies last.  Once they are gone, they won't be available again until after the holidays.  I was lucky enough to be sent one to review and wowie wow can I tell how much I love it!

Here is a little bit about the punch:
It comes with one punch cartridge and metal plate that you place into the sliding tray base by pulling on the release tab.  Easy peasy!  Literally, it only takes seconds to set up!

This tool is so neat because it works via magnets!  The rotating knob (on the left) has two and the cartridge has 4 at each corner.

Okay, so to start using the Circle Edge Punch, you first need to choose a size for your finished circle.  You can choose sizes between 6-12 inches in one inch increments.  I chose to make a 10 inch circle in the picture above.  Just slide the switch at the curved portion of the punch as well as on the sliding tray to the same measurement.

To punch out your circle, just follow the diagram above!  It was super easy, even my kids could help me do it!

The end result was this pretty doily!  I love that now I can make doilies in any color paper I want...no more standard white for me.  How fun would this be to make a doily banner for the mantel...or for a birthday party with each letter of "Happy Birthday" on a separate doily?  These would also be fun to make your own party cones or party hats too!

Here are a few other punch designs available for the Circle Edge Punch...

If you would like to watch the Queen of Crafting herself, Martha Stewart, use the circle punch you can check out a video of her doing so on November 13, 2012 over at HSN.

If you would like to purchase a punch for your holiday crafting, do so at HSN.com here!

I also have an exclusive 20% off code to share with you for purchasing all other Martha Stewart Craft Products at MarthaStewartCrafts.com, just use the coupon code:  BLOG20 (unfortunately the punch is not included in the 20% off though as it is sold only at HSN.com!)
